摘　　要：目的　探讨鼻窦内窥镜手术并发症发生原因及处理原则。方法　对 4 0 4例鼻窦内窥镜手术中 19例并发症情况进行了分析。结果　均为一般并发症 ,发生率为 4 % (19/ 4 0 4 )。结论　鼻窦内窥镜手术并发症与缺乏手术经验、不熟悉解剖结构、盲目操作、鼻腔结构变异等相关。详细的术前检查。Objective To investigate the cause of complications occurring in the operations of endonasal sinus surgery(ESS) and how to deal with.Methods 404 patients performed with ESS were analyzed.Results These cases were general complications, the incidence of complications was 4%(19/404).Conclusion The cause of complications in ESS are related with lack of experience , unfamiliarity of anatomic structure, blind operation, anatomic vartations of nasal cavitey. The detail examine in before operation, ingenious operation in middle surgery and regular following up in after operation can to avoid the occurrence of complication.
