摘 要:研究了茜素红S (ARS) 与硼砂之间的相互作用及在硼砂缓冲体系中Cu(Ⅱ)与 ARS的显色反应.实验表明,ARS与硼砂结合形成了黄色配合物,使ARS的吸收光谱发生明显的紫移;在 pH 9.20的硼砂缓冲体系中,Cu(Ⅱ)与 ARS 形成了配位比为 1∶4 的红色配合物,其最大吸收波长为 540 nm,ε= 2. 00×104L·mol-1·cm-1,ρ(Cu(Ⅱ))在0~0.96μg/mL时符合比耳定律.方法用于铜合金中铜的测定,结果满意.The interaction of alizarin red S with borax and color reaction of Cu(Ⅱ) with alizarin red S were studied in borax buffer solution. Alizarin red S reacts with Borax to form yellow complex. It was found that obvious purple shift occurred of ARS′s absorption spectra. The results showed that (Cu(Ⅱ)) reacts with alizarin red S to form a stable 1∶4 chelate in pH 9.20 borax buffer solution. The apparent molar absorptivity of this chelate is 2.00×10~4 L5mol^(-1)5cm^(-1) at 540 nm. Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~0.96 μg/mL for Cu(Ⅱ). The proposed method was applied to the determination of Cu(Ⅱ) in alloy with satisfactory results.
