摘　　要：从苦皮藤(Celastrus angulatus Max.)根皮的石油醚提取物中分离出一种对粘虫具有高度麻醉活性的新化合物,以高分辨质谱和核磁共振谱鉴定其分子结构为1β,2β,6α-三乙酰氧基-8β,9α-二(β-呋喃甲酰氧基)-12-异丁酰氧基-4α-羟基-β-二氢沉香呋喃,命名为苦皮藤素Ⅳ。A new compound with strong narcotic action against armyworm (Mythimna separate) was isolated from the root bark of Celastrus angulatus. Its structure was determined mainly by HRMS and NMR as 1β, 2β, 6α-triacetoxy-80, 9α-di(β -furancarbonyloxy)-12-isobutanoxloxy-4α-hydroxy-β-dihydroagarofuran. Thus, it is named as celangulin IV.
