花粉高效生发灵的研制及其生发机理初探

摘　　要：报道了花粉高效生发灵(Pollen Great Effect Hair Regenrating Liquid,简称PGE生发灵)的研制、稳定性试验、动物安全性试验、临床疗效观察试验。主要成分分析及质量检测。并从生理生化和毛发营养学的角度简要分析了花粉的营养成分与毛发生长及再生的关系。讨论了PGE生发灵的组方依据、适用范围及其有效率等问题。分析和试验数据说明,PGE生发灵组方科学,质量稳定,疗效显著,适用面广。它作为皮肤涂擦剂安全可靠,无毒副作用,但不能内服。Reported the study of the development of pollen great effect hair regenerating liquid (PGE for its short form) and its stability test, the safety tests on animals, the clinical observation test, the analysis of main components and identification of quality. And the relations among nutritive compounds of pollen and growing and regenerating hair are analysed from the viewpoint of physiology, biochemistry, and hair nutrition. And the base of prescription formulation and the application range and the efficiency of PGE are discussed. The date of analysis and tests showed that the prescription formulation is scientific; its quality is stable; its clinical effect is good; and application range is wide. Therefore, it is safe, reliable and a virulent to be used as an embrocation, but not to be taken orally.
