摘 要:采用单阀双阳离子交换树脂微柱并联 ,设计了双柱交替采样逆向洗脱在线富集系统 ,该系统与原子吸收测量技术相结合 ,实现了在线富集 -导数火焰原子吸收光谱法测定水中镉。富集 1min时 ,分析速度为 60样 /h ,测定镉的特征浓度为0 0 80 μg/L ,线性范围为 0~ 10 μg/L ,相对标准偏差为 3 .45 % ,检出限为 0 .10 7μg/L。该法对实际水样加标回收率在92 0 %~ 10 6A rapid and sensitive method for the determination of trace cadmium in environmental water samples has been developed, based on flow injection on-line preconcentration on two-microcolumn system coupled with flame atomic absorption spectrometry with derivative signal processing. The cadmium in samples were sequentially retained on two microcolumn with cation exchange resin and was directly eluted into nebulizer by 1.5 mol/L HCl solution.The characteristic concentration(preconcentration time 1 min) for cadmium was 0.080 μg/L.The relative standard deviation at the 1.0 μg/L level was 3.45% and corresponding detection limit (3σ) was 0.107 μg/L.The method has been successfully applied for the determination of cadmium in water certified reference material GBW08608 and other water samples.
