摘　　要：基于在 0 0 72～ 3 6mol/L硫酸介质中 ,Ce 对对乙酰基偶氮胂有褪色作用 ,建立了分光光度法测定铈的新方法。研究结果表明 ,本法表观摩尔吸光系数为ε548=6 62× 10 3,Ce 浓度在 0 40～ 12 0 μg/mL范围内遵守比尔定律 ,相对误差为 0 45 % ,相对标准偏差为 0 65 % (n =8)。本法用于测定水样中铈 。A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of cerium is established based on the color-fading effect of cerium*$ on (p-acetylarsenazo) in 0.072-3.6 mol/L H_2SO_4 medium.The apparent molar absorptivity for the color system is ε_(548)=6.62×10~3 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.40-12.0 μg/mL for cerium.The relative error and relative standard deviation of the method are 0.45% and 0.65% respectively.The present method has been applied to the determination of cerium in water sample with satisfactory results.
