兽药新制剂促反刍LD_(50)和安全性试验

摘　　要：对兽药新制剂促反刍注射液(CFC)进行了急性毒性试验、局部刺激试验和过敏性试验。用90只小白鼠按点斜法试验设计,以剂间比为1:0.8的7个剂量组测得CFC腹腔注射的LD_(50)为35.05mL/kg,95％置信区为31.2～39.39 mL/kg,相当于制剂主药总量5054～6389mg/g符合化学物质分级低毒级标准。证明CFC为低毒药物,无过敏性,比较安全。因此有轻度刺激性,适于静脉注射。The Injectio Cufanchui(CFG) ,a new veterinary preparation's a composition injection for cure on Atonia Proventriculorum and Impalctio Rumin in cows and sheep. The acute toxicity and local stimulate and allergia of CFC were tested. The LD50 of CFC for peritoneal injection was tested by synthesis method (point -slope method) in 90 mice. The results indicate that the LD50 value is 35. 05mL/kg. 95% of confidence area is 31. 2~39. 39mL/kg,which is as high as total content of drugs 5054~6389 mg/kg. The preparation was proved to be low toxiy and safe veterinary drug free of allergy. Therefore CFC can be intravenusly intected because of its slight local stimulate reaction.
