醋柳黄酮片对冠心病心绞痛病人的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察醋柳黄酮片对冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:选择冠心病病人240例随机分醋柳黄酮片且和复方丹参片 组,治疗3个月,治疗前后分别观察心绞痛发作情况、血脂及心电图的变化。结果:醋柳黄酮组治疗后心绞痛发作情况、血脂及 心电图的改善比复方丹参片组明显(P<0.05)。结论:醋柳黄酮片对冠心病心绞痛的疗效显著,且无明显不良反应。Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Hippophe flavone tablets in treatment of coronary atherosclerotic disease(CAD) with angina pectoris(AP). Methods: Two hundred and forty patients with CAD and AP were randomized into hippophe flavone group and compound Salvia miltiorrhiza tablets group. Symptom of AP. blood lipid and EKG were observed or determined before and after treatment. Results: After treatment with hippophe flavone tablets, symptom of AP. blood hpid and EKG of patients were improved significantly as compared with those in compound Salvia miltiorrhiza tablets group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Hippophe flavone tablets is effective and safe in treatment of patients with CAD and AP.
