摘　　要：目的:为临床安全、合理用药提供参考.方法:对无锡市第一人民医院2003年8月～2004年8月收集到的200例药物不良反应事件报表进行统计分析.结果:发生不良反应的人以＞60岁的老年病人和≤17岁的未成年病人较多.药物以抗感染药物所致的不良反应居多,其次为中药制剂,静脉给药是引起严重不良反应的主要给药途径.结论:应重视临床药物不良反应的监测.Objective :To offer reference material for clinical safe and rational medication. Methods: Two hundred cases of adverse drug reactions (ADR ) collected from Aug. 2003 to Aug. 2004 in Wuxi First People's Hospital were analysed.Results : Most patients who had ADR were old patients over 60 years and teenagers younger than 17 years. Most ADR were caused by anti-infection drugs. The preparations of Chinese materia medica were the next. The intravenous medication was the main route of medication resulting in serious adverse reactions. Conclusion : More attention should be paid to monitoring clinical ADR.
