摘  要:研究结果表明,甜菜丛根病根部呈典型的丛根症状,叶片有焦枯、黄化、坏死黄脉3种类型;病毒粒子杆状,宽18~20nm,长度有65~110nm、270~300nm、390~400nm 3种类型,外壳蛋白分子量20KD,对西德、美国甜菜坏死黄脉病毒BNYVV抗血清有反应,与TMV抗血清无亲缘关系。可侵染甜菜、菠菜、昆诺阿藜、苋色藜和番杏,并与P.batae密切相关。The thesis studies Rhizomania disease of sugar beet that occurred in raw materials-sugar beet in Ningxia. The disease occurs in the middle ten days of June every year. Its flousishing period is from the middle then days of july to the last ten days of augest. Its field root symtom is typical rhizomania generally,and its leaf symtoms display as three types ,including withering,yellow and necritic yellow vein, A kind of straight tubular virus particle is seprated from the disease root. Its width is 18~20 nm and its length has three ranges, 65~100 nm 270~300 nm and 390~420 nm differently,This virus produces reaction with antiserum of BNYVV provided by germany and America,but no reaction with antiserum of TMV. It can infect sugar beet ,spinach Chemopodium quinoa,chemopodium amaranticolot and Tetragonia expansa,and is closely related with P. betae.
