摘　　要：本文研究了医用皮乐宝洗剂中皮乐宝含量的测定方法。皮乐宝洗剂不需经压何前处理,直接进入反相ODS柱,用甲醇和含离子对试剂PICB-5的水进行等梯度洗脱,紫外254nm检测,该法简便、快速,皮乐宝的回收率为98.9％。变异系数为0.4—0.5％. 皮乐宝(Bronopol)为溴硝丙二醇(2-Bromo-2-nitro-1,3-propandiol)的俗称,用它和某些辅料配成的水溶液是一种新型抗革兰氏阴性细菌特别是绿脓杆菌以及其它假单胞菌的外用洗剂,对革兰氏阳性细菌和真菌也有抑制作用。国外已将它广泛运用于烫伤、褥疮、手术后肉芽疮、瘘孔、脓疡等症的治疗,以及皮肤表面消毒及器械消毒等。A method for the determination of bronopol in bronopol lotion has been developed. Without any pre-treatment, the lotion was injected into an ODS column directly. Using methanol and water containing ion pair reagent PICB-5 as mobile phase, bronopol was monitored with UV detector at 254nm. This method is simple and rapid. It is found that the recovery was 98.9% and the coefficient of variation was 0 4-0.5%.
