摘　　要：分析了江西煤矿技术人员现状和技术人员缺乏的原因,从职业技术教育的角度提出了解决煤矿技术人员缺乏的措施。The paper has discussed on thenecessity of enhancing the building of coal-mine safe production law and regulation, analyzed the features and structure of coal-mine safe production law and regulation, and made several pieces of relevant advice.
