摘  要:对铸造NdFeB磁体进行了不同变形温度、不同变形量的热压及压后热处理的实验.Experiment on the Nd-Fe-B permanent magnets with the changes of hot-pressing temperature and strain rate was carryed out in heat treatment after hot-deforming.The relation between the magnetic properties and microstructures was investigated,which shows that magnetic properties of hot-pressed Nd-Fe-B permanent magnets are sensitive to the microstructures.The microstructure of Nd-Fe-B ingot has great effects on producing hot-deformed Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic materials.The standard of optimum microstructures is very fine and even with highly preferred C-axies orientation and straight boundary,and with the rich-Nd phase on the boundaries surrounding the grains.
