摘  要:通过熔体快淬工艺制备合金薄带。The effect of die-upsetting process for bonded NdFe magnetism performance was discussed through experiments.Films of alloy were obtained by the melt spinning technology.Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction were used for observing microstructure of alloy and analyzing tropism of crystal.As a result of the experiments,microstructure of films were made up of amorphous,column crystal and equal -axis crystal.A heat treatment technology was used at the temperature of 650 ℃ for 15 minutes,particles of small inches were gained and dispersed distribution.Tropism of crystal is (006), which accords with the texture of easy magnetization.Exchange coupled was strengthened and higher coercivity was gained.The techniques of mixture for additive and magnets powders were optimized,enhancing the density of magnets and making a great contribution for magnets properties in the permanent magnet alloys.The high-energy product is 65 kJ/m^3.
