摘　　要：针对某制革企业水质和水量情况,分析了制革废水的特点,介绍了含铬废水、综合废水的处理工艺流程以及工程设施和主要参数。对含铬废水采用无压滤回收新工艺,对综合废水采用沉灰-预曝调节—初沉—一级气浮—生物接触氧化—二级气浮处理工艺。废水处理量为5000m3/d的工程运行结果表明:废水经处理后,最终出水达到GB8978-1996二级排放标准;该技术适合于中小型制革企业废水处理。According to the quality and quantity of tannery wastewater,the features of tannery wastewater are analysed .Here introduced are the properties,process flow chart and engineering installation of Cr wastewater and integrated wastewater. (Using) unpress filtration recovery procss flow chart in Cr wastewater,sediment lime-preaerobic adjust-primary sediment-primary air floatation-biological contact oxidation-secondary air floatation in integrated wastewater is adopted.Treating 5 000 m^3 wastewater everyday.The moving result shows that the end eflluent of treated wastewate is up to the second class of drainage standards of GB8978—1996.This wastewater treatment technology suits mid-small scale tanneries especially.
