摘 要:眼点伪枝藻Scytonema ocellatum Lyngbye)的固氮作用及人工培养在我国还未见报道。经研究我们已获得该藻的纯培养物。并对影响其生长和固氮的几个主要因素进行了初步研究。该藻在以硝酸钠为另加N源的De培养基中生长最好。氯化钠和葡萄糖在一定浓度下均可刺激藻的生长,且葡萄糖可支持暗条件下的固氮活性。该藻对氯化钠有较高耐受性,可能属于适盐类群(halophilic group)。It is not reported up to date that the nitrogen fixation and artificial cultures research of Scytonema ocellatum Lyngbye. Pure cultures of this alga has been gained in our laboratory. Some factors affecting growth and nitrogen fixation were also studied. The main results are as follows: 1. Proper conditions for Scytonema ocellatum growth were in De medium with NaNO_3 as N-source,at 30℃ under 5000-10000 1x. 2. NaCl and glucose can active the growth. 3. Glucose can support nitrogen fixation activity under dark condition. 4.Scytonema ocellatum was higher tolerant to salt,so it may belong to the halophilic group.
