摘　　要：三氟甘露糖为新型诊断试剂的原料 ,已广泛用于PET诊断中。本文以D -甘露糖为原料经乙酰化、选择性水解、磺化三步反应合成三氟甘露糖 ;研究了离子液体对合成工艺的影响 ,通过优化反应条件 ,产物总收率为 4 6 %。纯化后产品纯度可达 99 0 %。Mannose triflate is a raw material of Diagnostic agent which has been used in PET-Diagnose.It is synthesized by acetylation of D-Mannose with acetic anhydride,then selective hydrolization and sulfonation by trifluoromethanesulfo-acid anhydride.The effect to the synthesis technology of Ionic liquids was studied.Under the optimim conditions the yield was 46%.The pure product was obtained after recrystallization in diethyl ether and it's purity could reach 99.0%.
