摘  要:采用光谱、铁谱分析技术对添加了金属摩擦表面改性剂的机车进行分析研究 ,探讨了修复剂的作用机理。在润滑油中添加修复剂后 ,当机车运行了 2 5 0 0 0km时 ,润滑油中金属元素的含量仍在运行正常浓度的范围 ,且各金属元素的含量变化趋于平缓 ,超硬、超滑的保护层形成。在机车润滑油中加入修复剂可减少机车磨损 ,降低油耗。The locomotives which were added PBC were studied by atom-radiation method and frrography and the operation mechanisms of PBC were discussed. When those locomotives that were added PBC had run 25000 km,the metal content in lubricate were normal and the flucluation of each metal lontent tended to be smooth,and super hard and super wear resistance layer were formed,in addition. With the locomotives that were added PBC,friction cofficient,oil and mend costs were reduced,and the ase of the locomotives was prolonged.
