浅析船公司在PSC检查中应注意解决的问题

摘　　要：在PSC检查过程中,能够获得无缺陷通过的船舶并不多。船员固然有不可推卸的责任,但船公司也存在着奖罚制度不完善、不重视高级船员操作性技能的训练和船舶修理等方面的问题。为了尽可能减少船舶在PSC检查中存在的缺陷,船公司应认真解决这些问题,以保证PSC检查的顺利通过。Ships which can pass through the PSC inspection without any deficiencies are almost very few during the PSC inspection. No doubt, the crew possess inescapable responsibility, such as imperfect regulation of rewards and punishments, paying little attention to the training of the senior officers in operation and repairing the ship and so on. So do the shipping companies. In order to keep ships from any deficiencies during the PSC inspection, shipping companies should solve these above-mentioned problems to ensure the ships to pass through the PSC inspection smoothly.
