摘　　要：目的　探讨河南省活动性肺结核疫情的流行情况及主要影响因素。方法　通过描述性流行病学方法对 1998～ 2 0 0 3年河南省登记活动性肺结核病例及其耐药情况进行分析。结果　 1998～ 2 0 0 3年河南省活动性肺结核疫情有回升倾向 ,其中 60岁以上人群活动性肺结核登记率居各年龄组之首 ,各种耐药率有逐年上升趋势。结论对于河南省结核病疫情现状及其主要影响因素各级政府及有关部门应该给予足够重视。对儿童、青少年结核感染者中结核菌素强阳性可以实施预防性化学治疗减少发病 ,充分发挥三级防痨网作用做好老年人群肺结核因症就诊病例发现工作 ,对确诊的肺结核病人应该加强归口管理、切实落实全程督导化疗措施 ,尽可能减少耐多药病例的发生。Objective To explore the status on tuberculosis control and influence factors in Henan province.Methods To find the tuberculosis prevalence trend by using the describing epidemiology.To analyze the tuberculosis data by statistic software.Results There is an increasing trend for tuberculosis prevalence and drug resistance from 1998 to 2003 in Henan among them aged people over 60 years old rank the top.Conclusion The resurgence of tuberculosis in recent year call for great attention to its control.We should strive for sufficient support of resource from the government and the corresponding agencies.At the same time,we must enhance case management,implementing DOTs,so as to control the developing trend of prevalence and drug resistance.
