摘 要:为了研究乌索酸的保肝作用及其特色 ,分别建立四氯化碳 (CCl4)、D -氨基半乳糖胺 (D -GalN)、卡介苗加脂多糖 (BCG -LPS)及异硫氰酸 - 1 -萘酯 (ANIT)诱导小鼠肝脏损伤模型 ,以测定血清谷丙氨酸转换酶 (ALT)、谷草氨基酸转换酶 (AST)、总胆红素 (TB)和肝组织丙二醛 (MDA)含量为指标 ,观察乌索酸对肝脏损伤的保护作用 ,并与抗肝炎药物齐墩果酸进行比较 .结果表明 :30mg/kg乌索酸均能显著降低CCl4、D -GalN、BCG -LPS、ANIT致肝损伤小鼠血清ALT和肝MDA值 ,而 30mg/kg齐墩果酸对CCl4、BCG -LPS肝损伤小鼠降ALT效果不及乌索酸 ;30mg/kg乌索酸能非常显著地降低ANIT致肝损伤小鼠血清TBLL含量 ,而 30mg/kg齐墩果酸与联苯双酯降血清TB作用不明显 .提示 :乌索酸具有明显的降酶。To study the liver-protection of ursolic acid administrated ig in mice,ursolic acid and oleanolic acid was administrated ig to the mice with liver injuries induced by CCl_4,D-GalN,BCG+LPS and AMIT respectively. ALT,AST,TB level in serum and liver MDA were examined.Results:Ursolic acid administrated ig decreased the serum ALT、AST levels and liver MDA content in the mice liver injuries induced by CCl_4,D-GalN,BCG+LPS respectively;Ursolic acid is better than Oleanolic acid,as respect to administrated ig decreased the serum ALT,AST levels liver injuries induced by CCl_4,BCG+LPS respectively.Ursolic acid administrated ig decreased the serum TB levels in the mice liver injuries induced by AMIT. Oleanolic acid cannot decreased the serum TB level in the mice liver injury induced by AMIT. Ursolic acid showed that the protective effect against liver injuries induced by CCl_4,D-GalN,BCG+LPS and AMIT respectively.
