摘　　要：上海恒丰北路斜拉桥为独塔单索面混凝土斜拉桥,跨越铁路、轨道交通线路和城市道路,已使用了十多年。2003年将全桥60根拉索全部更换。该文介绍了该桥换索的施工工艺、拉索安装索力计算、施工支架和换索期间的交通组织措施。为类似换索工程施工积累了宝贵经验。Over-passing railway, track traffic line and urban roads and having been served for more than ten years, Shanghai Heng-feng-bei Road Bridge is a concrete cable-stayed bridge with one pylon and single cable plane. The total 60 cables of the Bridge have been exchanged in 2003. Introduced hereby are the construction process, cable force calculation for cable installation, construction support and the traffic organization measures for cable exchanging period, for reference of similar cable exchanging construction.
