用铜无色荧光素过氧化氢体系催化光度法测定痕量铜

摘　　要：基于过氧化氢氧化无色荧光素的指示反应 ,拟定了测定痕量铜的催化光度法 .检出限 :1 59× 10 - 6g/L。测铜量的线性范围为 0 5- 4× 10 - 9g/2mL .The catalytic spectrophotomtric reaction studied is based on the catalytic effect etching on the oxidation of the reaction have been found. Under optimal conditions the calibration graphs show rectlinear for 0.5-4×10 -9 g/25ml of Cu(II) with relative standard (11 replicate determinations) of 3.85% at 2×10 -6 g/ml of Cu(II). The influence of the other ions is discussed. The methed has been applied to the direct determination of trace copper in tap water and mineral water.
