摘  要:选用三乙胺(TEA)、三乙醇胺(TEOA)、对-二甲胺基苯甲酸异戊酯(IADMAB)分别与分解型引发剂苯偶酰双甲醚(BDK)和夺氢型引发剂二苯甲酮(BP)、2,4-二乙基硫杂蒽酮(DETX)组合形成UV引发体系,对E-51环氧双丙烯酸酯UV固化粘合剂的表面氧阻聚抑制作用进行了研究。结果表明,在10mW/cm2UV光强下,用DETX/BDK/IADMAB引发体系时表面固化时间为11min,用DETX/TEOA引发体系时,表面固化时间为13min,而用TEA的任何引发体系时表面均不易固化;IADMAB用量以粘合剂总量的3%较为合适。UV initiating systems were prepared by composing tertiary amines such as triethylamine (TEA), triethanolamine(TEOA) and isoamyl 4-dimethylaminobenzoate (IADMAB) with decomposing type initiator-benzil dimethyl ketal(BDK) and hydrogen abstracting type initiators-benzophe-none(BP) and 2, 4-diethyl-9H-thioxanthen-9-one(DETX) respectively. The depressing functions of these systems against polymerization inhibition due to surface oxygen in epoxidized biacrylate UV-cu-ring adhesives were studied under 10 mW/cm2 UV irradiation. The results showed that the surface curing time of various initiating systems were as follows: DETX/BDK/IADMAB system 11 min, DE-TX/TEOA system 13 min, but the systems containing TEA are difficult to accomplish the surface cure; the proper dosage of IADMAC is 3% of adhesive.
