摘 要:对不锈钢水箱发生的点蚀与开裂问题进行了分析,并模拟生产工况进行了试验研究。结果表明冷装配时带楞角铁锤敲击造成的表面凹坑处、焊接时飞溅与电弧擦伤处的电极电位发生了变化,促使了点蚀的发生;另外,HAZ的过热区也是点蚀最易发生的部位,并且点蚀发生部位也是应力腐蚀开裂的裂纹源。The problem of pitting corrosion and crack of stainless steel used in the water tank were studied by simulating service condition. Some pits were produced in the surface of the stainless steel owing to the rapping of the hammer with edge angle when carrying on cold assembly. The pitting corrosion occurred on the surface existing pits such as the welding spatter and arc scratch because of the changes of electrode potential. Moreover overheated HAZ were the location to the pitting corrosion. The pitting locations were often the cracking origin of stress corrosion crack.
