摘  要:利用碱法制浆黑液进行化学改性研制出型煤粘结剂,并进行工艺的优选实验,结果表明,将黑液加热至70℃,然后加入黑液质量分数为 7. 5%的甲醛溶液,交联反应 1. 5h后,升温至 98℃,加入黑液质量分数为 1. 6%的苯酚,缩聚反应 1h,并加入适量的硅藻土搅拌 0. 5h后,即得到粘结性能较为理想的粘结剂。利用该粘结剂粘结型煤,型煤的落下强度和热稳定性均有提高,可分别达到 97. 3%和 94. 2%,而且防水性也大大提高,型煤浸没水中超过 5h不散。The lignin-based briquette binder was prepared by chemical modification of the black liquor from the alkali pulping process. The preparation procedure was optimized and the result indicated the black liquor with 40% of content was first cross-linked with 37% of formaldehyde for 1.5 h under the temperature of 70℃. Then, the cross-linked product was further modified with phenol for 1 h at 98 ℃ of the reaction temperature. The lignin-based binding admixture was thus obtained after adding the additives. The bonding performances of the modified product were thus improved. And, the falling resistance and heat endurance of the resultant briquette were improved to grate extent, which reached 97.3% and 94.2, respectively. Moreover, its water resistance also increased greatly. The briquette could be immersed into the water for over 5.0 h without breakup.
