摘  要:  目的 探讨多层螺旋CT诊断颈椎先天畸形的价值。方法 对 8例先天颈椎畸形患者用多层螺旋CT薄层扫描,分别用表面阴影遮盖(surfaceshadeddisplay, SSD)法,多平面重建 (multi-planarreformatted,MPR)法和容积渲染成像 (volumerendering,VR)法进行三维成像,观察 3种方法对颈椎畸形的显示情况。结果 8例患者共检出齿状突畸形、脊椎裂、阻滞椎、蝴蝶椎、颅底凹陷等 5种畸形, MPR法和VR法对所有畸形均能清晰显示,SSD法仅能诊断部分病变。结论 多层螺旋CT三维成像对颈椎先天畸形的诊断具有重要价值,MPR法和VR法显示病变清晰,优于SSD法。Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of congenital abnormalies of cervical spine. Methods Thin-slice scan with multi-slice spiral CT was performed on 8 patients with congenital abnormalies of cervical spine. Three techniques of surface shaded display (SSD), multi-planar reformatted (MPR) and volume rendering (VR) were used to reconstruct three-dimensional images. Results Five types of abnormalies such as os odontoideum, bifid spine, vertebra synostosis, butterfly vertebra, basilar impression were checked out. MPR and VR displayed all of those lesions more clearly than SSD.Conclusion Three-dimensional multi-slice spiral CT has great value in diagnosis of congenital abnormalies of cervical spine, MPR and VR are superior than SSD.
