摘 要:为了推进硅酸凝胶在调剖堵水中的应用,测定了硅酸凝胶在不同渗透率岩心中的标准突破压力,通过多元线性回归得到了突破压力与渗透率、硅酸凝胶浓度的关系式,并利用突破压力和地层中压力梯度的计算式推导出了调剖时计算硅酸凝胶最低使用浓度的公式。研究了硅酸凝胶调剖的地层适应性,认为酸性硅酸凝胶可用于低渗透地层调剖,并利用多点测压的填砂管模型证明了酸性硅酸凝胶体系具有近井增注、远井调剖的作用;而碱性硅酸凝胶可用于常规地层和高含盐地层调剖。In order to enhance application of silicic acid gel to profile control and water plugging, its standard breakthrough pressures in cores with different porosity were measured, and the relational expressions on breakthrough pressure, porosity and gel concentration was acquired by multiple linear regression. Based on this expression of breakthrough pressure and formation pressure gradient, another formula was derived, which can be used to detennine minimum concentration of silicic acid gel for profile control. Also the formations appropriate to profile control using silicic acid gel were suggested. For its function of enhanced injection in nearwellbore zones and control profile in far-wellbore zones, which was proved by sandpack column with multipoint pressure metering,acidic gel can be selected as profile control agent for low permeability formation and alkaline silicic acid gel can be used for usual formation and high salty formation.
