多手指缺失的显微外科再造

摘　　要：目的　探讨多个手指缺失显微再造的方法。　方法　从 1999 年 10 月至 2003 年 12 月,用第2趾、甲皮瓣、趾腓侧皮瓣嵌入第2 趾等多种足部组织瓣移植治疗多手指缺失 26 例,共再造58指,其中拇指18指,其它手指30指;一次再造2个手指20例,再造3个手指6例。　结果　58指全部成活,按中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定:再造拇指优 12 指、良 3 指、可 3指,再造手指优11 指、良 10 指、可 7 指、差 2 指。　结论　多个足部组织瓣联合移植一次再造多个手指,是治疗多指缺失的理想方法。Objective To investigate the method of microsurgical reconstruction of multiple digits defect. Methods Several tissue flaps such as the second toe, the big toe nail skin flap, the fibular flap of the great toe wedged into the second toe were used to treat multiple digits defect in 26 cases.Fivety-eigth digits were reconstructed, 18 of them were thumb and others were fingers, 2 digits were reconstructed at the same time in 20 cases and 3 digits were reconstructed in 6 cases. Results All the 58 digits survived, the function assessment according to the upper extremity function assessment standard made by the Chinese Medical Hand Surgery Committee: 12 cases of the reconstructed thumb were exellent, 3 were good, 3 were acceptable;11 of the reconstructed fingers were exellent, 10 were good, 7 were acceptable and 2 were bad. Conclusion It’s a satisfactory method for treating multiple digits defect that several foot tissue flaps are transplanted at the same time.
