摘 要:目的 探讨骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)复合多孔羟基磷灰石(HA)人工听骨在鼓室成形术的应用效果,以寻找较理想的听骨链重建材料。 方法 回顾分析1999至2001年间采用BMP复合HA人工听骨行鼓室成形术 63 例(69 耳),其中 45 耳用部分听骨赝复物(PORP),24 耳用全听骨赝复物(TORP)。 结果 术后听力提高超过15 dB HL者65耳(94. 2%),气骨导差小于 20 dB HL者 48 耳(69 .6%),听力达应用水平者 55 耳(79 .7%),无排斥反应,无听骨脱出,无中耳炎复发。 结论 BMP/HA人工听骨生物相容好,是一种理想的中耳传音结构重建材料。Objective For the development of a new implantable biomaterial of ossicular chain that possesses osteogenetic ability bone morphogenetic proteins were bound to hydroxyapatite(BMP/HA). Methods The prostheses of BMP/HA were implanted in the middle ears of 69 ears. PORP was performed on 45 ears, TORP was performed on 24 ears. Results The study demonstrated that among all the operated ears, 48/69(69.6%) had obtained a narrow gap(≤20 dB HL between BC and AC), 55/69(79.9%)had regained socially acceptable hearing ability. The total effective rate of hearing gain(>15 dB HL)was 65/69(94.2%). No reject reaction and recurrent cholesteatoma were found. Conclusion BMP/HA is a biocompatible artificial bone material which has the ability of osteoinducion, it suggests that BMP/HA composition may be perfect material for hearing reconstruction.
