中西药结合并康复训练对类风湿性关节炎患者关节功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西药结合康复训练对类风湿性关节炎患者主动活动度及日常生活能力恢复的影响。方法:将上海交通大学附属第六人民医院就诊的类风湿性关节炎患者80例按入院顺序随机分为康复训练(康复组,n=40)和单纯服用中西药(对照组,n=40),两组均服用中西药,康复组给予主动关节功能训练,随访2个月,于治疗前及治疗后各评估1次。结果:康复组在关节疼痛数(6.76±3.30)、关节压痛指数(7.76±3.91)、关节肿胀指数(4.45±2.33)和功能独立性(35.50±9.80)均有明显改善,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P均<0.01)。结论:中西药结合康复训练能改善类风湿性关节炎患者主动活动度及提高日常生活能力。AIM:To investigate the influence of integration of Chinese and western medicine combined with rehabilitation training on the range of active movement and the recovery of activities of daily life(ADL) in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). METHODS: Eighty RA patients in the Sixth People's Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University were divided into two groups according to their order of hospitalization: rehabilitation training group (rehabilitation group, n=40) and simple Chinese and western medicine group (control group, n=40).Patients in both group were treated with Chinese and western medicine, besides those in the rehabilitation group received training of active joint function.They were followed up for 2 months and evaluated before and after treatment respectively. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the number of joint pain(6.76±3.30), joint tenderness index (7.76±3.91), joint swelling index (4.45±2.33) and functional independence (35.50±9.80) were significantly ameliorated in the rehabilitation group (P< 0.01). CONCLUSION: Integration of Chinese and western medicine combined with rehabilitation training can ameliorate the range of active movement and improve ADL of RA patients.
