摘  要:目的 观察小鼠听骨关节 [砧锤关节 (IMJ)、砧镫关节 (ISJ) ]、镫骨前庭关节 (SVJ)和下颌关节 (TMJ)发育过程中的形态学变化 ,以探讨关节组织中弹力纤维的形成过程与关节的功能的关系。方法 以 11~ 2 0d的小鼠胚胎和出生后 0~ 2 8d的小鼠为对象 ,按照常规方法解剖 ,制作切片 ,用光镜及透射电镜观察。结果 ①在出生后 0~ 2d、6d、10~ 12d的小鼠标本中分别观察到IMJ和ISJ、SVJ以及TMJ的形成。②IMJ、ISJ和SVJ的成熟分别在出生后 5~ 6d和出生后 2 1d的小鼠标本中观察到。③SVJ成熟比听骨关节晚。④成熟的IMJ及ISJ滑膜层中弹力系统纤维 (ESFs)主要为弹力纤维 ,而成熟的SVJ环状韧带和未成熟的TMJ的滑膜下结缔组织含有前弹力纤维。⑤在成熟的SVJ及TMJ中没有观察到组织中细胞各种纤维成分随年龄变化。结论 小鼠的关节细胞外基质 (ECM)纤维的形成不仅与关节的发育成熟有关 。Objective To study the development of the mouse auditory ossicular joint, stapediovestibular joint (SVJ) and mandibular joint (MJ) and elucidate the growth course of elastin fibres in the mouse articular tissue. Methods Foetuses at stages between 11 and 20 days of gestation (v.p.11~20.d) and mice aged from 0 day to 28 days after birth (b.0~28.d) were employed in the present study. Results ①Morphological completion of the incudomalleal joint (IMJ) and incudostapedial joint (ISJ), SVJ and the MJ was observed during b.0~2.d, b.6.d and b.10~12.d, respectively.② Subsequently, the IMJ and ISJ, and the SVJ became mature during b.5-6.d and b.21.d, respectively. ③Auditory ossicular joint matured earlier than the SVJ did. ④Elastin fibres in the subsynovial layer of the mature IMJ and ISJ were mainly elastic fibres, while the mature SVJ annular ligament and the subsynovial connective tissue of the immature MJ contained pre-elastic fibres. ⑤Age-related changes in the articular tissue were not evident in the mature SVJ and the completed MJ. Conclusion The present study elucidated that the growth of the ECM fibres in the joints is not only closely related to the morphological completion and maturation of the joints, but also reflects functional significance of the articular tissues.
