摘  要:目的 观察枪击噪声对大鼠固体食物胃肠传输的影响 ,并通过测定大鼠血浆胃肠激素浓度的变化 ,探讨枪击噪声致胃肠传输功能紊乱发生的机制。方法 将 32只SD大鼠随机分组 ,以模拟 5 6式冲锋枪射击时产生的噪声为施加因素 ,分别给予不同强度的噪声刺激 ,采用钡条法观察比较不同强度的声刺激对大鼠固体食物胃肠传输的影响 ,通过放射免疫法测定血浆胃肠激素包括血浆胃动素(MLT)、生长抑素(SS)、P物质 (SP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)的浓度。结果 当枪击噪声强度在 4 0dB时 ,大鼠固体食物胃肠传输表现为轻度加快 (残留钡条数平均为 3 6 9条) ,但与对照组 (残留钡条数平均为 4 0 6条 )无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,血浆MLT、SS、SP、VIP的浓度升高(P <0 0 5或P >0 0 5 ) ;当枪击噪声强度达 80dB以上时 ,大鼠胃肠传输固体食物较对照组明显加快 (P <0 0 5 ) ,同时血浆MLT、SS、SP的浓度也发生了明显的变化 (P <0 0 1)。结论 当枪击噪声在一定强度范围内 (40dB)时 ,大鼠血浆胃肠激素浓度已有改变 ,但各激素的相对浓度比例无明显改变 ,其胃肠对固体食物的传输功能仍保持在相对正常的范围 ;当枪击噪声超过一定强度 (>80dB)时 ,大鼠血浆胃肠激素浓度发生了明显的变化 。Objective To observe the effect of gunfire noise on gastrointestinal transit of solid food, and to probe its mechanism by measuring the levels of plasma polypeptide hormones. Methods 32 SD rats were randomly divided into control group and three stimulating groups. Different intensity firing noise of sub-machine guns was used as inflicting factor to stimulating groups. Observing the effect of firing noise on gastrointestinal transit of solid food by measuring the ratio of barium sticks transmitting. Plasma levels of polypeptide hormones were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results When the noise reached 40dB, the gastrointestinal transit was slightly expedited (P>0.05), and the serum levels of MLT, SS, SP, and VIP were higher than those of control group(P<0.05 or P>0.05). When the noise was higher than 80dB, gastrointestinal transit was increased significantly (P<0.05), and serum levels of gastrointestinal hormones were also remarkably increased (P<0.01). Conclusion The intensity of gunfire noise is within a certain limit, there is no significant change in the rate intestinal transit of solid food, though there is an increase in serum gastrointestinal hormones contents in rats. However, when the noise is stronger there are both derangment in the gastrointestinal transit rate and intestinal polypeptide hormone release.
