摘　　要：[目的 ]总结、评估上海市普陀区桃浦地区小工业企业职业卫生技术服务的初步成效。 [方法 ]对接受职业卫生技术服务的小工业企业的职业卫生状况进行评估 ,初步评价小工业企业职业卫生技术服务的可行性及有效性。 [结果 ]职业性健康体检覆盖率从 1999年的 3 1.5 %上升到 2 0 0 3年的 87.3 % ,职工体检率也逐年攀升 ;职业性有害因素检测点的总合格率明显上升 ;职业卫生知识培训覆盖率升高。 [结论 ]该小工业企业职业卫生服务模式是可行的。Objective To evaluate the primary effects of occupational health service for the small-scale enterprises at Taopu community of Putuo district,Shanghai. The data of occupational health from small-scale enterprises received the occupational health service were analyzed and compared with the previous baseline investigation. The covering rate of occupational health examination increased from 31.5% in 1999 to 87.3% in 2003,and the rate of the occupational health examination increased during the service period. The total standard-fitted rates of major occupational hazard factors were all increased significantly. The training for the occupational health knowledge was improved significantly during those years. [Conclusion] The results suggested that the recent mode of occupational health service to the small-scale enterprises was suitable and effective.
