摘  要:恰当处理发电机失步振荡,是机网协调的重要问题。文中讨论了汽轮发电机承受短时失步振荡的必要性和可能性。根据国内外的大量研究结论和运行经验,建议当系统振荡中心位于发电机变压器组范围内时,宜立即将发电机解列;当振荡中心位于机组外时,要求新订购机组能承受短时间失步振荡,例如15~20个振荡周期或相应时间。Appropriately control of generator out-of-step oscillation is an important issue of generator-network harmonization. In this article, the necessity and possibility of short-time withstanding of turbine-generator out-of-step oscillation is discussed. Accord- ing to a lot of research conclusion and operation experience in China and abroad, it is suggested that generator shall be stepped out immediately when system electrical center is within the range of generator-transformer set; new generator set that can withstand short-time out-of-step oscillation, for example, 15-20 oscillation cycles or correspond time, shall be ordered when system electrical center is out of the range of generator-transformer set.
