烟草复合抑芽剂及其工业生产

摘　　要：报导了西南民族学院化学系应用有机化学研究室研制、国家民委组织、四川省教委主持鉴定通过的烟草复合抑芽剂的性能、应用效果及其工业生产工艺,该剂是以多碳饱和醇为主的复合触杀剂型,大田试验表明以5％左右浓度施用最佳,采用打顶、抹芽、涂药同时进行,抑芽率达95％以上;生产工艺简单,适合乡镇企业生产,若按年产100吨计,年税利可达22万元以上。The Property and applied effect of tobacco bud-controlling compound and its technique of industrial production are reported, which is prepared by the Applied Chemistry Section of the Chemistry Department, Southwest Nationalities College and determined and approved by the State Nationalities Affairs Commission and Sichuan Education Commission. This compound, consisting of polycorbonic saturated alcohol, is a complex Killer. The experiment in fields shows that if it is used at the consistency of about 5%, the best result will be obtained and if the cutting of the tops and buds and the application of the compound are done at the same time, the rate of bud control will be above 95%. The production technique for the making of this compound is simple so that it is suitable for township enterprises. If the annual output is 100 tons, the annual tax will be as much as over 220, 000 yuan RMB.
