摘 要:分析了小型及微型零件电阻点焊的工艺特点及其现有的焊接设备和工艺易出现的问题;明确提出了小型及微型零件电阻点焊的能量工艺参数除了峰值电流IM、峰值电流时间tM外,电流波形上升沿不同阶段的di/dt是影响焊点强度及其飞溅的第三个重要工艺参数;阐明了任意波形控制法和任意波形控制法点焊新工艺是解决焊点强度高又无飞溅这一对矛盾的有效途径。研制的波形控制智能型电阻电焊机在提高某航天火工品的焊接质量方面取得了良好的效果。The resistance spot welding characteristics for miniature workpiece and the problem often appeared in spot welding equipment and technics were analyzed in the paper.It puts forward definitely that the di/dt of current waveform positive going edge in different period is the third important technics parameter of resistance spot welding technics parameter for miniature workpiece besides current peak value IM and the peak value duration tM.The new spot welding technics of arbitrary waveform control is an effective approach to solve the contradiction of gain high strength joint but without splash.The fine effect was gained to improve welding quality of a certain spaceflight igniter by the intelligent spot welding machine with waveform control.
