摘  要:对光—温敏核不育水稻花培后代在自然低温和人工光周期诱导下的育性研究表明,花培技术是选育和提纯光—温敏核不育水稻的重要辅助手段。在低温条件下,花培后代群体不育度在99%以上的植株,是供体亲本的7倍多。光周期对不同花培株系的诱导效果差异较大,02HS—4—1等株系不育性较稳定,可育期结实率较高。A study of the expression of fertility of anther culture—derived progeny of photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile rice under natural low temperature and artificial photoperiod induction has demonstrated that the technique of anther culture is an important supplementary means for selecting and purifying photo—thermo-sensitive genic male sterile rice genotypes. Under low temperature conditions, the sterility of pollen of the progeny population derived from anther culture (>99%) was seven times as high as that of the donor parent. Great variation was noticed among the anther-derived lines in the induction effects of photoperiod. OZHS-4-1 and a few others showed a comparatively stable sterility at the sterile phase and gave higher seed setting rate at their fertile phase.
