摘  要:通过低渗——离心方法将工程质粒DNA和带紫色标记性状的水稻DNA片断分别导入水稻、小麦胚性细胞,X-Gluc检测Gus基因已进入水稻、小麦细胞并获短暂表达;小麦获紫色性状再生植株。研究表明:低渗——离心法可能成为一种新的将外源基因直接导入带壁植物细胞的方法。The lower osmotic-centrifugal method was used to transfer the DNA isolated from PBI 121 and purple rice into embryonic cells of rice and wheat. By the detection of X-Gluc, the brief expression of the GUS gene had been observed, this fact indicating that it had been transfered into rice cells. At the same time, the regenerated wheat plants with purple color were obtained as well.The results showed that the method may be an efficient method by which foreign DNA can be directly transferred into plant cells with wall.
