摘 要:为了解稻瘟病菌的寄主范围和有性世代形成生境,笔者研究了云南省内采集的马唐、蟋蟀草、龙爪稷及水稻上分离的Pyricularia菌作了分生孢子大小的比较、交互感染接种试验及有性世代形成状况的研究,结果表明:这几种寄主植物的分离菌应属同一个种,它们无性阶段的分生孢子形态十分一致,除马唐菌原外,它们可以相互交配,产生子囊孢子,但致病性有差异;蟋蟀草分离菌与龙爪稷分离菌可以交互感染,但对水稻、马唐无致病性;水稻、马唐分离菌仅能使分离寄主发病。文章还对该种菌的学名作了讨论,建议我国使用Pyricularia grisea(Cooke)Saccardo作为稻瘟病菌无性时期的学名,有性时期学名使用Magnaporthe grisea(Hebert)Barr comb.nov.The isolates of Pyricularia grisea Saccardo were obtained from finger-grass, wire griss, African millet and rice in Yunnan and their conidiospore size, infection by cross-inoculating and perfect state formation were studied. The results showed that the isolates from these host plants all shoud be classified same species into Pyricularia grisea Saccardo as their morpholo-gicl characters in imoerfect state were very much alike. Exeept finger-grass, the mutual mating among isolates, which produced fertile ascospore, was available. However, the pathogenicity of isolates were apoarently different. Wire grass and African millet could be infected alterlately by their isolates but to rice and fingergrass. These isolates had no pathogenicity. Isolates from rice and fingergrass only infected their own host plants respectively. It is sugested that Man-aporthe grisea (Hebert) Barr should be used as the scintific name rice blast disease of fungus in perfect stage, and Pyricularia grisea Sccardo as in imperfect stage.
