英太青加中药熏蒸治疗膝骨关节炎疗效及对甲襞微循环的影响

摘　　要：目的　研究英太青 (双氯酚酸钠缓释胶囊 )口服加中药熏蒸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及观察甲襞微循环的变化。方法　80例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为两组,分别予英太青口服加中药薰蒸与单纯口服英太青治疗,观察临床疗效及甲襞微循环的变化。结果　治疗组患者关节疼痛、关节活动功能有明显改善,与对照组比较有明显差异 (P<0. 05 ),患者甲襞微循环指标改善与对照组比较差异显著 (P<0.001)。结论　英太青口服加中药熏蒸能有效治疗膝骨关节炎、提高患者生活质量,明显地改善甲襞微循环。Objective To study the effect of Yingtaiqing oral application and traditional Chinese medicine vaporization on treating knee osteoarthritis and its influence on nail fold microcirculation. Methods The patients were divided into observing group and control group at random. The observing group was given with Yingtaiqing oral application and traditional Chinese medicine vaporization, and the control group with Yingtaiqing oral application only.Results The arthralgia and the joint motion function of the patients in the observing group were more obviously improved (P<0.05), and its improvement in nail fold microcirculation was notable when compared with the control group. Conclusion Yingtaiqing oral application plus traditional Chinese medicine vaporization is effective on treating knee osteoarthritis, which raises the sufferer's life quality, and evidently improves the nail fold microcirculation.
