慢性非细菌性前列腺炎和前列腺痛63例综合治疗疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨综合治疗慢性前列腺炎或前列腺痛的疗效。方法　对 63例诊断为前列腺炎或前列腺痛的患者进行减轻盆腔压迫、心理治疗、物理治疗、身体锻炼等综合治疗,并对治疗效果进行随访研究。结果　48例患者经治疗后症状消失,虽部分患者有症状反复,但无须药物治疗。12例症状缓解, 3例经专业心理治疗后行综合治疗病情好转。结论　对慢性前列腺炎和前列腺痛患者行以减轻盆腔压迫和心理治疗为主的综合治疗,疗效确切。Objective To evaluate the effect of combined therapy on chronic abacterial prostatitis and prostatodynia.Methods A total of 63 cases of chronic abacterial prostatitis and prostatodynia were treated with combined therapy including relieving the compression in the pelvic cavity and psychological treatment. The results were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among them, 48 cases were healed up. In spite of recrudescence in some cases, it is unnecessary to treat them by drugs. There were 12 cases that underwent relieves in symptom. And the conditions of the other three cases took a turn for the better after professionally psychological or combined treatment.Conclusion The patients with chronic abacterial prostatitis and prostatodynia should be treated by combined therapy, mainly depending on relieving the compression in the pelvic cavity and psychological treatment.
