摘 要:对芽期耐寒的云南稻种资源进行生育后期的耐寒性鉴定,筛选出具有中等以上耐寒性单株108个,它们分属于15个不同类型的品种资源;筛选出耐寒性强或极强的不同基因型至少有11个。对10份资源的31个单株系统进行苗期耐寒性鉴定,有6个单株系统的苗期耐寒性强,这6个单株系统属于3个资源。研究发现属于3个品神资源的4个单株系统为全生育期耐寒材料。相关分析初步显示,不同生育期间的耐寒性无相关性。另外,就云南稻种资源多样性及耐寒种质的利用进行了讨论。Yunnan rice resources with cold tolerance at budding stage were evaluated for cold tolerance in late period of development. Among them, 108 single plants with over-middle-level tolerance to cold were selected, they belong to 15 various rice resources and 11 different genetypes had high or higher tolerance at least. The tolerance evaluation of 31 single plant progenies from 10 accessions of the resources indicated that there were 6 plants with high tolerance at seedling stage which belong to 3 various resources. There were 4 single-plants with cold tolerance through whole growth phase among the 3 resources.The correlation analysis showed that there were no correlation in cold tolerance among the different growth phases. It is discussed how toutilise the diversity of Yunnan rice resources and the different germplasms with cold tolerance in rice breeding.
