摘　　要：本文报道了用除草剂草甘膦对烟草的体细胞无性系进行抗性筛选的几种方法和结果.供试的烟草品种是云南主要栽培良种红花大金元.采用细胞技术,将烟草体细胞体外继代培养,产生遗传变异;用适合的选择压力200ppm浓度的草甘膦在细胞水平上进行筛选.初步筛选获得的烟草愈伤组织分化成苗,在植株水平上用田间喷施浓度1500ppm的草甘膦进行抗性鉴定.获得的耐草甘膦株系,生长发育和主要经济性状都与正常植株基本相同.This paper reports several methods and results of the tobacco somatic clone screened by means of glyphosate. The material was Honghua Dajinyuan, a major tobacco cultivar in Yunnan Province. Using cell technique, tobacco cells were cultured for several generations in vitro to produce genetic variants. These vaiants, calli were screened for tolerance to glyphosate under proper selection pressure (200ppm glyphosate) at cell level, of calli were obtained.The tolerance to glyphpsate of the plantlets derived from the tolerant calli were tested with 1500ppm glyphosate. As a result, the growth and the main economic characters of those were much the same as the common ones Under pot experiment.
