摘 要:目的探讨饮水补镁预防动脉粥样硬化的可能机制,为冠心病患者的饮食护理提供科学依据。方法Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组和高镁组,喂养8周后采集制备血清及组织匀浆,测定炎性因子及血脂,并进行病理评分。结果模型组大鼠心肌及主动脉白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)显著高于高镁组和对照组(P<0.05),血清TNF-α未测及,模型组血清IL-6显著高于其他两组(P<0.01);高镁组、模型组血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但高镁组中三者均显著低于模型组(P<0.05),同时高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)/TC显著高于模型组(P<0.05);主动脉内膜斑块评分高镁组低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论适当饮水补镁可以有效预防动脉粥样硬化。Objective To determine the protective effect of magnesium fortified drinking water on experimental atherosclerosis formation in rats. Methods Levels of blood lipids,TNF-α and IL-6 in serum and homogenized tissue were determined. Pathological changes of the aorta were evaluated in control group ( fed with normal diet and water) , model group ( fed with high-fat diet and normal water) and study group (fed with high-fat diet and magnesium fortified water) at the end of 8 weeks. Results 1 ) TNF-α and IL-6 in the myocardium and aorta were significantly higher in model group than those in study group and control group(P<0.05) ;serum TNF-α was not detected; serum IL-6 in model group was significantly higher than that in the other 2 groups ( P <0.01) ; 2) Lipid file analysis showed that TC, TG and LDL-C in model group and study group were higher than those in control group ( P <0. 05 ) , and they were significantly lower in study group than those in model group ( P <0. 05) ; HDL-C/TC in study group was higher than that in model group ( P <0.05); 3) The score of atherosclerotic plaque evaluation was significantly lower in study group than that in model group ( P <0. 05). Conclusion Fortified magnesium has a preventive effect on atherosclerosis formation, probably through down-regulation of inflammatory factors.
