几种豆类植物体细胞胚胎发生影响因素的研究

摘  要:本文比较系统地研究了多种因子对蚕豆、豌豆和菜豆体细胞胚胎发生的影响.结果表明:2.4—D的诱导效果优于NAA,最适的2,4—D浓度为2mg/L.6—BA对诱导菜豆胚胎发生有抑制作用,而L—谷氨酰胺对菜豆的体细胞胚胎发生有促进作用.光照条件有利于胚胎发生;接种方式对诱导率影响很大,当幼子叶的上表皮与培养基接触时,不能诱导胚胎发生.作为外植体的幼胚,其各部分的分化程度有明显差异,下胚轴最易脱分化,子叶次之,其余部分很难脱分化.The influencial factors of embryogenesic in Vicia faba, Pisum ativum and Phaseoulus vulgaris were systematically studied. The results showed that the initiation efficiency of 2, 4-D was superior to that of NAA, the suitable concentration 2, 4-D was 2mg/1, 6-BA was of inhibition for inducing embryogenesis in Phateolus vulgaris, Illumination was favotable for the embryogenesis. L-glutamine. L-glutamine promoted somatic embryogenesis.in Pga-seolvs vulgaris. To a great extent, the embryogenesis was affected by inoculating method, when the adaxial surface of the immature cotyledons contacted to the medium, somatic embryos could not produced. Among all parts of an immature embryo,the hypocotyl was the part that the most easy to be de-differentiated, the cotyledon came to the second, the rest were difficult for dedifferentiation.
