摘 要:本文综述了石灰性紫色土上对柑桔缺铁黄化症进行遗传控制的潜力和抗性柑桔砧木的筛选与培育.着重阐述了:砧木对柑桔植物缺铁黄化反应的影响;柑桔植物对土壤缺铁黄化抗性反应的一些可能机制;通过选择抗性砧木对石灰诱导缺铁黄化症进行遗传控制;该抗性砧木的筛选方法;针对四川的石灰性紫色土,选择抗缺铁黄化症的柑桔砧木的潜力.In Sichuan province, many citrus trees are grown on calcareous purple soil,where lime induced Fe chlorosis is a severe ptoblem,which may dicrease the citrus yield.This papei discussed the potential for genetic control of the iron chlorosis in citrus planting on calcareous purple soil, especially: l)the influence of rootstocks on lesponses of citrus plants to iron stress 2) some possible mechanisms of the citrus genotype variation in resistance to iron chlorosis, 3) the genetic control of lime induced chlorosis by selecting resistant rootstocks, 4) the methods for screening resistant citrus rootstocks and, 5) the potential for improvement of citrus rootstocks tolerant to iron chlorsis on calcareous purple soil in Sichuan.
