摘　　要：现代服务业是现代经济社会持续发展的新动力,也是一个国家和地区经济现代化和国际化的重要标志。黑龙江正处在经济结构战略性调整的关键时期,现代服务业的发展状况将直接影响其未来经济的竞争力。从宏观的角度对黑龙江现代服务业发展现状和环境进行分析,并提出加快现代服务业发展的一些对策,对黑龙江现代服务业的发展具有积极意义。Modern service industry is a new motive power of the sustainable development of modern economy and society and a important sign of economic and international modernization in a country or a region.During the period of the strategic adjustment of the economic structure,Heilongjiang provincial developmental situation of modern service industry will affect directly its future economic competitive power.From macrocosm,we consider it quite necessary to analyze the present situation of the development of the modern service industry in Heilongjiang province and its environment and put forward some proposals to promote the development of modern service industry.
