摘　　要：经过近 10年的探索、研究与实践 ,在国内最先发现并确认了采用深冷法分离空气生产的氪气与氙气中存在着三种氟化物杂质。为净除这些有害杂质 ,研制出了一种专用净化材料和成套终端净化装置 ,这种装置可同时有效地将这三种利用其他方法难以净除的氟化物彻底清除干净。该净除方法经实际应用并与国外其他净除方法相比较 。After a decade of investigation,research and practice,three fluoride impurities which are contained in Kr and Xe separated from air by cryogenic method are found and confirmed for the first time in the country.In order to eliminate these hazardous impurities,a specific purifying material and a complete set of final-end purification plant have been developed,by which three fluorides that could hardly be removed by other methods can be eliminated effectively and thoroughly in a simultaneous way.The advantages of this purifying method are prominent after applications and comparison with other ones employed in the world.
