摘　　要：通过调整精氩塔的工艺参数 ,彻底解决了精氩塔的氩固化问题 ,稳定了制氩系统的运行工况 。After adjusting the process parameters,the argon solification has been solved thoroughly.In this way the operating conditions of argon subsystem becomes stable and argon output inceases correspondingly.
